Our Home Managers are carefully screened and fully trained. Home Managers live in the home displaying art, plants and fine furnishings, while maintaining your home in top selling condition and when your house is sold, we vacate the property within 21 days.

How does Houston Home Tending Benefit the Home Owner?
Our service ensures that the homeowner maintains full insurance coverage on the home. Residential properties standing vacant for more than 60 days can lose insurance coverage, such as fire and vandalism.
Our home managers pay the utilities, the yard maintenance and the upkeep of the pool, saving your client further expense and hassle.
When we manage a property, your now fully furnished listing is inviting and alive. The property stays on lock-box and is ready for showing 7 days a week.

To Qualify as a Home Manager…
* They must pass background, rental history and credit check
* They must maintain $300,000 in property insurance
* They must be a non-smoker
* They must have attractive furniture
* They must have nice rugs and artwork
* They must maintain the yard, shrubs, flowerbeds and pool
* They must keep the home clean and available for showings between the hours of 8:00AM and 9:00PM, 7 days a week.
* They must vacate the home for showings whenever possible.
* They must vacate the home for open house dates
